Wellbeing is not merely the absence of illness; rather, it encompasses a broad spectrum of physical, mental, emotional, and social elements that together create a fulfilling life experience.

We discuss the significance of physical health, emphasizing the importance of regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and adequate sleep as foundational pillars of wellbeing.

Additionally, we explore mental wellbeing, which includes emotional resilience, stress management, and the cultivation of a positive mindset. The interplay between these factors is highlighted, illustrating how they collectively contribute to our overall sense of wellbeing.

Furthermore, we consider the social determinants of wellbeing, such as relationships, community engagement, and social support networks.

These elements are essential in fostering a sense of belonging and purpose, which are crucial for enhancing our quality of life. We also touch upon the impact of environmental factors, including access to green spaces, clean air, and safe living conditions, which significantly influence our physical and mental health.

By the end of the session, participants have a deeper appreciation of what constitutes wellbeing and practical strategies to enhance their own lives and the lives of those around them.
